Hi, I’m Senator Declan O’Scanlon, thank you for taking time to visit my site. I represent the 13th Legislative District in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

I have worked tirelessly to bring real reform to all New Jersey. Along with Governor Christie we enacted the 2% property tax cap, reformed New Jersey’s pension and benefits system, and enacted meaningful binding arbitration reform. These initiatives have given local governments across the state the tools necessary to rein in property taxes and control spending.

I am also leading the fight against red light cameras (“RLC”) in our state. The RLC program has failed and does nothing more than rob motorists every day of their hard earned money. I am fighting to end this costly and possibly dangerous program. I hope you will join me in that fight.
